In 2000, we created CEEME, a Special Employment Centre specialising in Electronics Assembly, with the aim of promoting the social, professional and personal integration of people with disabilities through fair, meaningful and sustainable employment. Since then, more than 110 people have achieved their life project through CEEME.
At Fermax, we believe in progress towards a fairer and more egalitarian society and the overall development of people, regardless of gender or condition. We have an Equality Plan that reflects our commitment and ensures the proper implementation of our policy and its principles.
We develop training plans for employees to acquire new skills and knowledge applicable to their job positions. Our aim is to encourage and promote technical knowledge through constant updating of information, skills and a constructive and positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
We regularly collaborate with non-profit organisations through financial donations, social sponsorships and awareness-raising campaigns. Internally, we provide annual financial support to employees with children with disabilities, in addition to encouraging voluntary participation by all Fermax staff in solidarity initiatives.
