We operate under a circular economy model that enables us to reduce waste, maximise resource efficiency and improve the energy efficiency of our products and manufacturing processes.
All our suppliers comply with environmental requirements for product packaging, which require that they are correctly sized, reusable and contain no harmful substances.
We have our own system for the recovery and repair of non-conforming products to minimise the amount of waste generated and improve the efficiency of use of raw materials. In 2024, we delivered 19 tonnes of metals to an external company for recovery and subsequent reuse.
All returned products are processed through a cutting phase to encourage waste separation and reuse of components that can be reintroduced into the production process in accordance with our quality standards. In 2024, 40,000 units from total returns were recovered and reused, including both finished products and individual components.
We have a Single-Use Plastic Packaging Reduction Plan aimed at reducing its use by 6% by the end of 2030. This measure applies both to the single-use plastic packaging that accompanies raw materials and to that used in the packaging of our products.
